9. Republicans. They see the writing on the wall and know
the public is sick of them. The public, unfortunately has no legislative memory so when the time comes they will once again blame Democrats for downsizing the military just as they did with Clinton. Note when these bases are supposed to close..it isn't during Dim Son's term.
