11. I dislike Microsoft intensely but I'd watch their back on this issue.
How do you do that? Boycotts are unpleasant for them. I could see them trying to avoid one. OTOH a boycott from equal rights supporters would be a pain as well, although we'd be less organized than the fundies, I'd guess.

Short of threatening a counter boycott how do we influence them to do the right thing? I read that the internal emails from their own employees in support of equal rights caught them by surprise and had a belated effect.
