Why is the TITLE of the Article

"Photo, video show Iraqi complex before, after invasion"

The 'prior' is irrelevent to the main story which is that David Kay verifies that those seals are the ones so the material MUST BE the high explosives..

Furthermore... AMPLE eye witness testimony proves all the bunkers were SIMILARLY intact! I'm talking about the soldiers that were there!!

Quit playing A LIE equals THE TRUTH!!!

The truth is PLAIN!!
