soldiers all throughout Iraq by the insurgents and *will* be used in terrorist bombings all throughout the world.



This failure is Bush's and Rumsfeld's and the neocon fanatics who follow them blindly. They had no plan whatsoever to secure this facility (NOR to secure other smaller facilities like this one, elsewhere in Iraq).
