During the Tuesday night debate, Dick Cheney invited viewers to check out the facts regarding his involvement with Halliburton and encouraged viewers to go to http://www.factcheck.com

He may have meant factcheck.ORG, instead of George Soros's web site which is where the link if forwarded.

Perhaps a political science person *registered to Brooks Jackson* who works at the Annenburg Public policy Center in the University of Pennsylvania realised Cheney's mistake and redirected web traffic to the George Soros website, but NOT LIKELY as we investigated.

Curiously there seems to be a link between factcheck.com AND factcheck.org as both are registered at the same place.

BUT the Truth may be a simple Hack coming from the Cayman Islands where it rerouted -- NOT UPENN -- more to follow.
