Quoth the story:
The network had argued Franken's book -- "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them" -- could trick some consumers into believing the book is associated with Fox.

Was Fox really arguing that a book titled "Lying Lies and the Liars that Tell Them" would make people think of their news operation?

Sometimes truth really IS stranger than fiction! :crazy:
