there is NO slight bump in his ratings. The one last month had it at 53% to 46%. With the margin of error I suspect jr. has fallen below 50 already, what will happen then? These are the highest disapproval numbers I have seen yet and at 43 to 43 the battle over the 14% who haven't decided (or have no brain cells) ought to be interesting.
