Declare, reassuringly, that it's a Good Thing that at least all the votes could be counted in (name reliable Republican strongholds here) and such a shame, but not really changing the results that there were a few minor glitches in (name Democratic strongholds here). The thing is, they only need to mess with a few crucial locations in the end.
