In a democracy you try to make spying on its citizens difficult. I had hoped the President would have lead the fight to end this perversion of the Constitution when he was elected.
I hope he gets behind the effort to curtail the extraordinary powers in the PA and return to the powers already in law that require warrants and judges approval.
Call me old fashioned. I like Democracy and a government of the People. I'm opposed to the neo-con BS we got under Bush. The faster it gets unwound the better IMHO.
