143. Yes it was - and it's legal. The GPS tracks locations and does not
collect anything requiring a warrant. It's providing the same information that the FBI would get by simply following him from place to place.

The tracker doesn't record conversations or video for which there would be an expectation of privacy and doesn't rise to the level of a search. Never mind the fact that that not all searches require a warrant. Searches incident to arrest or CBP body cavity searches when you enter or leave the country are two examples.
