I was wondering if they simply could not begin to slowly lift the pipe to a "safe" working depth and begin to restrict the flow causing the kinks in the pipe start to re-form kind of like a garden hose would with kinks in it and the building pressure behind them.. For as much as BP claims to want any and all outside input on this issue I have yet to see ANY real facts or data involving the actual site as it is, pipe diameters, extend of damage to the pipe, sea floor detail or anything. How can anyone make an informed suggestion without any information?
