After Miranda, Congress tried to do away with the need to read Miranda rights by passing a law. The SCOTUS overruled Congress's attempt.

Would the Roberts Court do the same? I doubt it.

They had already been whittled down a lot by Bushco and Obamaco. And Americans let them. So, losing your rights as a citizen sounds a lot worse than it is.
