34. The aptly named plan B.

Now I'm not an engineer, and I know nothing about cutting edge materials, but how is this mud and concrete supposed to set with the pressure that geyser has coming out of it? Much less ever reach the place where it can stop the leak?

So, where is the safety technology that was supposed to be there in case of a blow-out like this? Did BP and other corporations really restrain their greed enough, or question their arrogance enough to handle safety or damage control?
