108. Dr. Gates was arrested for disorderly conduct merely for expressing himself
The are other stories I can cite of political expression being tagged as disorderly conduct.

I have no problem with the expulsion of spectators for violating stated rules. But an arrest for speech is something I have never been comfortable with.

BTW, I had posted a thread earlier asking why Dr. Gates was arrested and some of these protestors have not been. But honestly, I would hope that disorderly conduct arrests are done very sparingly in cases surrounding expression.
