or the whole GOP senate delegation would do the same if the shoe was on the other foot? They'd sit Coleman and cry and shriek and howl about trial lawyers etc etc etc etc until everybody paying attention thought the person suing was doing something illegal and unjustly carrying on for no reason and the establishment press and talking heads would start calling for Franken's head.
