you want to, including rOves office in the white house, or making it available to a select group before the rest of the world sees it, provides an opportunity for skulduggery. The bUsh campaign had the opportunity to see the data before anyone else and provide direction based on the data, however nefariously, to Ohio election workers who in turn were directing poll workers counting ballots, announcing results and directing election logistics.

Don't discount the value of early data.
