OBiden still loses if OBiden carries one of MT,ND,NH,NV,SD,WV and McPalin carries the rest
or if OBiden carries two of MT,ND,SD and McPalin carries the rest
or if OBiden carries one of MT,ND,SD and one of NH,NV,WV and McPalin carries the rest

But it goes to the House if OBiden carries CO and McPalin carries the rest
or if OBiden carries NH plus one of NV or WV and McPalin carries the rest
or if OBiden carries MT,ND,SD and McPalin carries the rest
