- Hmmm... that sounds like it could be painful. She should definitely try it! But I must say that Ann has shown herself to be a big ol' wussy here, running away from her fans like this. After all, she's an World Champion Attention Whore. ISN'T THIS WHAT SHE WANTED?!?!?!

Its not like they're attacking her character, since there's nothing there. And like a slimy cockroach, she scurries away as soon as the lights come on and runs under the radar of anonymity in the hopes that these attacks won't escalate. At least not before she can add them to her next book.

But I suppose that she has good reason to be afraid. I mean with people sending her nasty post cards, and calling her unlisted phone number... and dropping by her house to scream out expletives at her.... where will it all end???
