(question is only rhetorical, i know it's because these evil ratfvckers just want to control women and take away their freedoms and liberties. so Joe can get his boner pills for a hot night dispensed by the evil ratfvck "pharmacist", and they'll make sure Joanne can't get Plan B after her night with Joe.)
