I haven't lost any weight eliminating HFCS. But, something happened that is almost better. I have a chronic fatigue condition(don't think it is the syndrome, but maybe it is), I have been battling that for almost 6 years now. It got really bad this last 9 mos, I could barely get out of bed, when I did get out I didn't have the energy to even do most basic tasks, I could barely read on the computer, couldn't watch tv for more than a half hour without falling asleep. I suspect that HFCS was the biggest culprit, even more than stress, a virus that may have triggered the chronic fatigue. Anyway, I am feeling much better, maybe since I am able to move around more I will actually start losing weight.

Sorry for the off topic, but you need energy to protest and stuff.
