Scooter was acting under orders, he will be saved. He will be rewarded for his loyalty to the administration.
I guess the sentence was commuted to time served -- by Judith Miller. Has she been interviewed? It might be interesting to hear what she has to say. That was real nice of her to go to jail for Scooter so he wouldn't have to.
We knew this was coming, Bush told he he would "take care of" the person who leaked. Now he has done just that -- taken care of Scooter.
