US administration is suddenly "against" unilateralism and "for" negotiation.....go figure.

Sharon, as one who knows the war history of the ME first hand, may finally see the situation spinning into chaos.

Extremism in Israel is a growing problem and unsupportable in the long run.

And, of course, this all may be a smoke screen quid pro quo with US. Sharon looks "independent" of US policy and US looks "independent" of Israeli policy...I get so jaded.
