Someday this nation will grow up enough to realize that degradation of another human being and the use of capital punishment are not appropriate.
This is not about Saddam. Anyone with any sense knows that the man has tortured and murdered countless thousands of people.
He should be locked away in a prison outside Iraq and forced to spend the rest of his miserable life watching life outside and life in Iraq go on without him.
But the circus surrounding this whole thing is shameful, and it will become more shameful before it is over. ChimpCo will milk it for everything possible.
