I believe it must be true. I just turned the TV to CNN as well as MSNBC and even FOX and there is no one reporting this.

I wonder if his wife has been notified. How terrible if she hears about it on the TV or second hand somehow.

Surely they would be sure she knew before they printed it.

Then, again, Tori Spelling heard about her dad's death through the media (supposedly it was reported). Her mother never contacted her right when her dad was passing. If I were Tori, I would have thrown a fit.
