Mexico leftists halt Fox speech to Congress

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Vicente Fox abandoned his state of the nation speech on Friday after leftist lawmakers claiming fraud at elections in July seized the podium of Congress.

Fox handed a written version of his speech to Congress officials and said he was leaving the building without trying to deliver the address.
