war chest funds. WE taxpayers foot the bill for this photos that will no doubt end up in his campaign ads.
How much did this trip cost?
What was the reason for the trip? Moral booster? How do you measure the success of the trip for moral? I want to see the Return On Investment!
If the reason was for a photo-op for his campaign, he should have to pay for it!
