10:30 am : Stocks regain some momentum within the last 30 minutes, but the indices continue to languish below the flat line. General Motors (GM 29.88 +0.68) spiking to session highs and now up 2.3% is among one of the more obvious catalysts behind the Dow paring its losses. Deutsche Bank upgraded GM to a Hold from Sell believing that a 3-way alliance with Nissan and Renault could have a significant strategic implication.
