http://www.rnc.org/contact/contact.htmI am amazed, appalled, indignant and downright disgusted that the President of the United States would go back on his word to NOT exploit the horror of September 11, 2001, for political purposes. By running the Republican campaign ad in Iowa, and again set to be aired in New Hampshire, all prior to the Democratic debates, is nothing short of selling out on that promise. The attacks and deaths that happened on September 11, 2001, were beyond tragic, and forever changed the tone, temper and climate of this country. There has been a war on defeating terrorism for many years prior to that date. It is egregious to use the lives lost and the families that are still suffering all in the attempt to dismantle the Democratic debates, and offers more the message of stifling dissent, once more showing that our rights as Americans are to be discounted. It's one thing to push political sway through ads aimed at the general public. It's another thing to use the horror of September 11, 2001, to bolster popularity. It's heartless and cold.
