I bet he signed a probation agreement acknowledging that being anywhere near any kind of lewd or questionable behavior was a violation. People on probation are expected to behave like Baptist ministers. The conduct does not have to be anywhere near illegal.

Did he get approval to leave the country? He would have signed a request to leave paper. What was the stated purpose of the trip?

Did he report any and all questionable activity to his supervising officer.

Was he drinking alcohol?

Why did he go to so much trouble to take Viagra to the Dominican Republic? It is impossible to believe that he expected any women to instantly jump into bed with his ugly fat ass.

I don't see how they could justify applying a different standard to to him. He should be treated the same as anyone else.

NO SUPERVISING OFFICER WOULD PUT UP WITH THIS!
