This came out about a month or so again. It was referred to as a new Downing Street Memo.
This was the one in which Bush was so concerned about the lack of evidence against Sadaam, that he considered flying U2 reconnassance planes over Iraq, and disguising them as U.N. planes and painting them in U.N. colors. In other words, he wanted to entrap Sadaam.
