A note on NH legislative terminology...

The vote was on the reccommendation by the Judiciary Committee that the proposed amendment be found "Inexpedient To Legislate". In other words, a "Yes" vote was a vote to kill the proposed constitutional amendment.

Just wanted to make sure we were clear on that before I was mistakenly attacked for supporting the thing!
