Ahhh, yes, the infamous 'LEADER'

I guess it wouldn't do to have people going around thinking that anyone else in the world can run the rebellion against the Fascist Invaders.

Well, isn't it for all wars fought for all countries:

If you ELIMINATE THE LEADER the Fight against the Invader and Occupier will fizzle out.

If your enemy does same to you or your general, however, it's either lucky shot or cowardly surprise attack

Also,your own troops have training, THE enemy has just good luck or acts in a thuggish fashion
