There was nothing that they couldn't do or monitor as they drove to the hospital. Does an ambulance sit in the driveway once the patient is safely in?

Although it was almost certainly an accident, they really need to look at the time line. If they really delayed sending him to the hospital - as was suggested in some stories - this is sheer negligence.

I hope even Lynne Cheney has enough decency to see who is really not a good man. He is total evil.
