Cheney has the motherfuckers release the animals in front of him and then he shoots them.
I know people in Patterson, LA (where Cheney and Scalia went hunting) who have witnessed this type of "hunting."
For Cheney - it's all about his image. He wants to look like a manly man instead of a fucking coward who had six deferments from Vietnam. He wouldn't touch a gun if he didn't have to. But I'm sure he loves the killing part.
