We know that as of today, the "centerpiece" of Bunnypants Bush's agenda is allegedly his new Health Savings Scam. We also know that Kaine is a solid communicator.

Methinks Dr. Dean and his crew (including their top PR guy, Damien LaVera, and Tom McMahon Parag Mehta, who are building the party's training and policy infrastructure and solidifying a disciplined approach to shaping policy) -- all are names to watch, by the way) may have a nasty little surprise centered on the Health Savings Scam being the GOP Culture of Corruption's 2006 Banner Albatross.
