(xlat: Poland has a habit of burying its nose in American ass in order to avoid coming to terms with the realities of power in the EU. Some nations push funds into the EU, others take funds out. Poles are currently taking out. They'd like to have the same influence as the nations putting in. Power politics. Kind of like the neocons. Big mouth, a shortage of material to back it.
