Using the same logic, a woman who's married to an alcoholic should be put in prison when he drives drunk and kills someone. After all, she *knew* he's an alcoholic and should have anticipated that he would eventually drive drunk and kill someone. You can't blame the alcoholic because he's *sick* with alcoholism.

I think the last thing we need is the government stepping into our personal lives and holding us accountable for crimes committed by our spouses, because that could get reallllly ugly.
