I didn't think those existed....wait (*looks it up*), she represents St. CHARLES County. Now it all makes sense.

Rep. Cynthia Davis, a Republican, represents part of St. Charles County (District 19) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to the House in November 2002.

In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Davis is owner and gift buyer of Back to Basics Christian Bookstore, and was a recipient of the O’Fallon Business Association’s “Business of the Year Award.”

I'm not too worried. There are plenty of people here pissed at Gov. Blunt's gutting of Medicare/Medicaid and education cuts. Then again, our state legislature has been known to pass legislation after the people vote against it (CCW), so you never know.
