Spell & Spell issues call to action to Texas attorneys

Cindy has confirmed with Buddy Spell, her attorney, that the Thursday arrest threat has indeed been conveyed. Accordingly, we are "lawyering up".

Below is an email which is currently being forward to ACLU and NLG attorneys across the state of Texas.

If you know of Texas attorney who might be willing to volunteer her of his services, please PM me through political switchboard.

Buddy Spell is trying to coordinate a legal team to assist him in representing his clients which include Cindy Sheehan and Dennis Kyne who are currently holding a vigil near the President’s ranch. Buddy’s license is limited to Louisiana only and he requires local counsel immediately.

Authorities have announced that they are planning to arrest Cindy and others on Thursday.
