should send a bill to each organization throwing a big party... per the security costs being placed upon the city (a record amount of, I believe, 11 million + dollars)... which they were told should come from their HomeLandSecurity budget. The citiizens of DC should show up and hold up signs for inaugrial party goers... protesting that they will be less safe *due to depletion of HLS funds* in order to let the partiers have their one-week celebration.
