one Bush uses so well.

So roads, infrastructure, schools, etc., fall apart, but everyone's happy as the taxes are low. Boggles my mind. I am amazed at how low property taxes are in CA compared to my state. 80% of my property taxes go to the schools. I was comparing property taxes with my friend in Menlo Park and her property tax was about 1/5 of mine although her house value was twice as much as mine.
