this guy tried to use a military ID to buy either cigarettes or alcohol.
Military ID's are NOT permissable forms of ID in NC, or at least they did not used to be-- On edit: I just looked at the state alcohol law website, and military ID's are OK to use now. So much for that theory.
I seriously doubt that the clerk gave a rat's ass which division this guy was in--more likely was looking for an age--
