bush* PROMISED $ 15 BILLION to Africa to fight the AIDS epidemic....from YOUR link, it's apparent that bush* never made ONE BILLION, and of that pittance, bush* siphoned it all off for US Federal Agencies budgets, tuberculosis and malaria, and "encouraging faithfulness"...bush* is a criminal and a liar...
