Jersey is where all the Puerto Ricans live.(this guy is a serious american taliban grunt) He didn't even realize I was joking when I said "wow, when did they make all the Ricans move to Jersey? I've gotta listen to fox news more often."
I am going to see how much info I can find on the internet regarding the laser sitings. I'm still new to du so if you would like me to send you anything I might find, tell me how to post or email you.
