Try being a small mom-n-pop retailer. Sales are sluggish at best. We were counting on the holidays to pull us out of the hole a little.
Why the hell do my wife and I work 50 hours a week for less than min wage?
Not to mention the customers that try to take advantage to you any way they can - and get mad at you for enforcing your return policy.
But I must be rich because I own a store right? That's what everyone around here thinks.
