23. How stupid are they supposed to be?
Like Saddam (formerly), most of their military is defensive and based upon regional contingency planning.

The idea that a relatively small country on the other side of the planet, responsible for some 60 million souls, would launch a small scale antagonistic strike...it takes a small mind to imagine Iran so lacking in sanity or strategy.

You might say "WTC", but the strategy of a furtive fringe group is quite different from a country. Again, responsible for the lives of some sixty million.
