Lazy newspapers! Has anyone noticed how they always use |

identical shots of returning servicemen being greeted by a young child (usually a daughter) and how in mid-July there is ALWAYS the mandatory shot of African-american children being cooled off by water from a fire hydrant or some such. Year after year. Two of the newsrags in our state had the latter picture just today. Has anyone else noticed such unimaginative photojournalism?

Those are what the layout program generates as filler when the regular contributions don't show up.
(all of this is wild speculation on my part)
