I'm not buying that. The incumbents in trouble are the incumbents who ignore their bases. That crosses party lines. Funny thing is, the repubican base is getting increasingly unreasonable and narrow. They're blowing out their credible incumbents/candidates in favor of truly fringe wackadoodles. Come time for the Fall generals and these fringe dwellers they're putting in now become proportionately less attractive.
How much cheery support will Ayn Rand Paul get when the Kentucky farmers find out he wants to kill their subsidies?
Over on the left side, the ones in trouble are, again, those who ignore their bases. Blanche, I'm talking to you. I hope you got scared shitless today. You're a fucking DEMOCRAT, Act like one, you hear?
And those two in Maine. They're coming for you two. The nutters have landed in Maine ..... and you two are in their sights.
No ..... the only people who will get tagged by this "anti-incumbency" are the incumbents who act like they're on the other side of the aisle.
As
It
Should
Be.
Dammit.
