And I agree with the poster who said this must have something to do with Rachel Paulose. The Minnesota US Attorney's office is in open mutiny right now, and Goodling was instrumental in putting Paulose into that gig.

11. Actually I doubt that she will get the big $ job. If you look at her whole background,

she is singularly undistinguished, seems not very intelligent, and probably hasn't passed the bar... She seems useful only as a drone to do the dirty work assigned her by Gonzales and Rove, and take the fall for them. She's done all that and is now tainted. This is the wrong kind of "connected" to be a successful lobbyist.

14. There's nothing that says just because you quit, the subpoenas go away.

And cracks are starting to appear in her Fifth Amendment defense (I believe they're saying she'll be obligated to tell Congress about Gonzales' and other DOJ staffers' actions, but won't have to answer questions that directly incriminate herself.)
