Is there a biography of Dennis Kucinich about his life in the 80s & early 90s
Supposedly he spent most of that period in a state of chronic poverty and trying to find personal meaning in his life.

I have read part of his autobiography 'the courage to survive' but that only covers his childhood.

Has anyone written anything about his life in the 80s and 90s?

3. I am wanting an in depth biography of that period
The wikipedia article just talks about him and a handful of races he tried to win, whereas I'm looking more for the personal transformation and experiences he had during that period. I don't know if there is a biography on that though.

2. I do know that DK ran for Secretary of State in the 80's and then
ran for congress in 1992. This was for the seat now occupied by Steve Lattourette. in 1994, DK ran and won a State Senate seat from the near west side of Cleveland, his traditional base. He beat a sitting GOP senator, a very likable Anthony Sinagra.

In 1996, running from a safe State Senate Seat, he took on Martin Hoke, the man who beat Mary Rose Oakar in 1992.
